EquiPointe™ “Outside the box and the office.”

Our transformational growth track offers an unparalleled coaching and training approach that moves beyond the norms of traditional coaching programs by incorporating horses into the training process.  EquiPointe unfolds in a non-riding, interactive format, in which previous experience with horses is not necessary.  Our equine program offers half-day, full-day, and multi-day workshops and retreats for leaders and teams that can be customized to the needs of your organization.

While there is no riding involved, our horses serve as sensitive facilitators that respond to all of our cues…no matter how subtle. Horses are extremely alert to their environment, and due to their inherent nature, provide immediate feedback that gives us real, in-the-moment insights regarding our patterns of communication, our tendencies to react, and our willingness to follow the flow of any situation.
