What is EquiPointe™?

EquiPointe™ is a unique equine-assisted coaching program that helps leaders and teams enhance communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. It is a non-riding program and prior experience with horses is not necessary. Our program offers half-day, full-day and multi-day workshops and retreats that can be customized to meet the specific needs of your organization.

Horses are naturally alert to their environment and respond to subtle cues. They serve as sensitive facilitators in our program, providing immediate feedback that allows participants to gain real-time insights into their communication patterns, tendency to react, and ability to adapt to different situations.
